PMBI has released the new notification for the recruitment of various posts under New Vacancy 2026 for 178 Posts. The offline application process will be conducted from 03 September 2026 to 15 October 2026 (Extended). Eligible candidates can apply through the official website, pmbi.co.in.

Application Fee
Candidates applying under PMBI Recruitment 2026 must pay a flat application fee of Rs. 100, irrespective of category, through a Demand Draft only. The Demand Draft must be drawn in favour of “Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI)” and the original DD must be attached with the application form. Applications submitted without the original Demand Draft will be rejected outright, and the fee is not refundable even if the recruitment is later cancelled. The notification does not specify any category-wise fee concession for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates.

Age Limit
The maximum age limit ranges from 28 years for entry-level posts to 55 years for General Manager posts, as on 03 September 2026.
Qualification Detail
Eligibility for PMBI Recruitment 2026 is defined separately for each of the 44 posts and depends on the department applied for. In general terms:
- Educational Qualification: Ranges from a general graduate degree at entry-level HR, Coordination and Admin posts to specialised qualifications such as B.Pharma/M.Pharma (Sales & Marketing, Quality, Procurement posts), B.Sc in Biotechnology/Medicinal Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry, BVSc & AH (veterinary posts under Procurement), B.Com/M.Com (Finance & Accounts), B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA (IT & MIS), LLB (Legal), and a degree in Mass Communication/Journalism (Media). An MBA, M.Pharma, CA, ICWAI, LLM or relevant professional certification is desirable (preferred, not mandatory) for most mid-to-senior posts.
- Age Limit: Maximum age ranges from 28 years for entry-level Executive/Pharmacist/Marketing Officer posts to 55 years for General Manager posts, reckoned as on 03 September 2026, the date of publishing of the advertisement.
- Age Relaxation: Not Mentioned in the Official Notification for any specific category (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen).
- Experience Requirement: Minimum post-related experience is mandatory at every level and ranges from 1 year (entry-level Executive/Pharmacist/Marketing Officer posts) to 18 years (General Manager posts), generally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or the relevant functional sector.
