Bank of India (BOI) has announced the Recruitment 2026 notification for 205 vacancies, including Civil Engineer, Officer, Senior Manager, Manager posts. The online application process will be conducted from 10 September 2026 to 05 October 2026. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, bankofindia.bank.in.

Application Fee
The application fee for Bank of India SO Recruitment 2026 is payable online only, during the application window from 10.09.2026 to 25.09.2026.

Payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or QR code. Bank transaction charges, if any, are to be borne by the candidate.
Age Limit
The minimum and maximum age for each post is reckoned as on 01.08.2026 and varies by scale — from 21–30 years for Scale I Officer posts up to 28–42 years for Scale IV Chief Manager posts, as shown in the vacancy tables above.
Qualification Detail
- IT and digital-banking posts: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication, OR MCA (3-year full-time), OR M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Law Officer: Graduate in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
- Fire Officer: B.E. (Fire Engineering) from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, or an equivalent recognized Fire/Safety Engineering degree, or a B.Sc. plus GIFE from the Institution of Fire Engineers.
- Security Officer: Graduate from a recognized University with a computer course certification of at least three months, or IT as a subject at the graduation level.
- Civil Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Information Security roles (across scales): B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant stream or MCA/Masters with specialization in IT/Information Security/Cyber Security, along with a mandatory certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP or CDPSE, depending on the post.
Beyond the base educational qualification, each of the 48 posts also carries its own mandatory or preferred professional certification requirement (examples include OCP Java, CISA/CISM/CISSP, PMP, TOGAF, AWS/Azure certifications, CKA, and ITIL). These are post-specific and are listed in full in Annexure-I of the official notification.
