Due to COVID -19 pandemic situation all over the world India also coming in a panic economic situation. So totally affect business as well as Naukri also. According to the report of the Naukri Job Speak index Hiring Reduce 61
Percent in May month as the same previous also due to  Covid-19 lockdown.

According to the report ‘The Job Job Speak Index’ for May, various cities have registered a decline of over 50 percent in terms of getting jobs. This decline is seen more especially in metros. Kolkata has witnessed a decline of 68 percent, while Delhi (-67 percent) and Mumbai (-67 percent) have seen a decline.

According to Chief Business chief Job Portal Pawan Goyal also, say that due to lockdown the hiring activity decline
as a large percentage.
